We are not a Hotel or a Guesthouse. You will be staying in a home 🙂
1) You are required to pay 150€ deposit at the check-in. All deposit will be refunded at the check-out if there is no damage to home, if electricity entitlement is not exceeded and if home handed over as clean as the time of check-in.
2)The fee of your stay calculated by considering fair usage of electricity as; 1-2 persons 10kW per day, 3-4 persons 15kW per day & 5-7 persons 20kW per day. The cost of overused electricity will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that the lights and air conditioners are energy efficient throughout all flats and they should be kept off when room is not in use. Please note that due to energy crises of the world we are inviting guests to act responsible to environment. AC’s should be set to 24 degrees in cold and 20 degrees in hot mode.
3) Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are strictly prohibited. In case of smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes in the home, whole deposit will be kept for additional cleaning expenses of the home.
4) The cleaning fee of your stay calculated by considering only cost of washing towels and washing & ironing of the bed linen after your check-out. As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the home (including all personal or other property located at the home) in the condition it was in when you arrived. Also, changing place of furniture of home is strictly forbidden. Otherwise, we will need to keep min 50€ of deposit to cover the cleaning / furniture organization expense of the home.
5) We provide cleaning materials (toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dishwasher tablet, washing liquid) only in short term (max 7 nights) stays. Guests should purchase cleaning materials themselves in long term stays.
6) Home has THREE or FOUR bedrooms. We provide one double bedroom for two Guests. Guests will have access to ENTIRE FLAT together with all appliances and equipment EXCEPT THE VACANT BEDROOMS. Stay of all children under 12 months old is free of charge. All children older than 12 months old are charged. The maximum number of extra folding beds in a room is one. Any type of extra folding bed or child’s cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the landlord.
7) As a Guest you are required to provide government issued photo ID’s of EVERYBODY 18 OR OVER in order to receive arrival instructions and keys to enter home. For safety reasons we must know who is in our building at all times.
8) As a Guest you are not allowed to invite other individuals in the home. Visitors will be charged 15€ per person per day even if they do not sleep over night.
9) Events & parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
10) As a Guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of individuals whom you booked the home.
11) We NEVER throw paper into toilets in Cyprus to avoid blockage of waste discharge systems. In case of drainage blockage due to paper, whole deposit will be kept for system cleaning expenses.
12) Tap water is not drinkable in Cyprus. We provide paid mineral water in 10kg bottles for our guests if they wish.
13) There is instant hot water in shower and kitchen. However, it may take a few seconds to warm up depending on the weather.
14) All electric sockets are British type (type G, 3 pins). Please take your 3-2 pin adapters with you if you will have appliances with two pins.
15) Pets are not allowed. You will be charged 250€ per night for your pet if you bring with you.
