200sqm duplex flats have an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a large balcony having magnificent green park view at its first floor and 4 bright bedrooms at its second floor. Flats has a two pieces WC at first floor and 3 pieces shower room at second floor. One of the bedrooms in Flat 3 and two of the bedrooms in flat 4 are en-suite. There are 3 double (140×190) and one wide single (105×190) bed, one sofa bed and two folding beds for comfortable sleep of guests.

All rooms have French balconies to benefit sun and breeze. The flats have heating/cooling air conditioning throughout for the guests’ comfort and convenience. The flat is well equipped with modern appliances and 7 adults and 3 children can sleep comfortably. Flats have free WiFi connection and free parking space by the apartment. Energy efficient heating/cooling air conditioners are installed in all rooms.

The attractive French balconies of each room and large balcony of first floor are for sitting and enjoying the stunning views and for receiving natural cool breeze of Nicosia nights and lovely sun of Cyprus throughout the year.

The spacious open plan lounge-dining room offers a great place to relax with all modern conveniences & comfy cushions, TV offering good selection of channels, books, and board games for enjoyment.

The spacious kitchen is very modern & fully fitted with all modern conveniences. There is a dishwasher, full size oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, cold water dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender, and electric kettle in the kitchen together with cooking pans, utensils, serving dishes and cutlery. Flats are equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and iron board as well.
