There are 2 double (140×190) and one wide single (105×190) bed, one sofa bed and one folding beds for comfortable sleep of guests.

All rooms have French balconies to benefit sun and breeze. The flats have heating/cooling air conditioning throughout for the guests’ comfort and convenience. They are well equipped with modern appliances and 5 adults, and 2 children can sleep comfortably.

Flats have free WiFi connection and free parking space by the apartment. Energy efficient heating/cooling air conditioners are installed in all rooms.

The attractive French balconies of each room and large garden of ground floor are for sitting and enjoying the stunning views and for receiving natural cool breeze of Nicosia nights and lovely sun of Cyprus throughout the year.

The spacious open plan lounge-dining room and ground floor common garden offers a great place to relax with all modern conveniences & comfy cushions, TV offering good selection of channels, books, and board games for enjoyment.

The spacious kitchen is very modern & fully fitted with all modern conveniences. There is a dishwasher, full size oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and electric kettle in the kitchen together with cooking pans, utensils, serving dishes and cutlery. Flats are equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and iron board as well.
